I am new to Medicare, recently signing up for the first time. I avoided all the solicitations received in the mail and declined to attend any of the free classes offered, as I'd heard so much about all these people trying to "fleece" the susceptible "elderly." So, I worked to try to figure out the system myself. A friend recommended Craig, so I gave him a try - and, I am so glad that I did! Craig is very knowledgeable about Medicare. He was very helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed and that all was set up properly (and there was no pressure and no "fleecing").
